We are a specialised recruitment agency with more than 11 years of experience finding the right IT specialists, engineers, and technical leaders.

Capax is established in collaboration between the Danish Engineering Society IDA's subsidiary, Teknologiens Mediehus, and Christina Just — responding to growing market demand for IT specialists, engineers, and leaders with a STEM background.
Capax becomes Denmark's largest IT and engineering search firm and receives the Børsen Gazelle award for the second consecutive year. Henrik Winther, Executive Vice President for COWI Denmark, joins the board.
Capax becomes an independent consultancy after a management buy-out, reflecting a desire to pursue opportunities across a broader range of specialist areas. Emil Plaugmann, part of Capax since 2010, joins the partner group.
In line with the increasing pressure on the healthcare sector, Capax expands its competencies and begins recruiting senior healthcare profiles. Capax Healthcare is born.
