Similarly initiated with a personality test and a personal career consultant — but with an added layer: access to and activation of a professional network that contributes sparring and inspiration. The process is structured to uncover the individual's wishes, goals, and needs.
Executive outplacement
A tailored process for leaders, also initiated with a personality test as the central point of reference. The terminated leader has access to advisors with in-depth knowledge of the leadership job market and the specific challenges of a senior job search.
