The SAP Authorization Team is currently working on a wide range of technical and business project tasks and therefore needs a team coordinator to ensure the necessary project management, task management, and coordination. The position does not include personnel management responsibility.

As team coordinator, you will work together with an experienced team to help ensure progress on a number of projects concerning the development of role concepts and authorization and security tasks of both an operational and tactical nature, as well as contribute to addressing security risks. In this connection, you will handle communication and facilitate collaboration with both internal and external partners.

As the tasks take place at a high professional and managerial level, you will work in particular with governance and management reporting across agencies and external stakeholders, such as suppliers. You will become a key person in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that things come together across the many stakeholders (technical and political). You will also contribute to optimizing work processes and improving reporting.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including 2-5 years of experience as a team coordinator without personnel management responsibility.
• You have experience with project management and facilitating tasks in complex and dynamic organizations.
• You have experience with SAP roles, authorizations, and functionality.
• You are familiar with SAP HANA. You may have previously worked with Risk/Compliance or have experience with SAP GRC.

• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ALM, as well as ISO 27001 and general information security is an advantage.

It counts as a plus if you have an eye for both the technical and business perspective and an understanding of the strategic context.
