As Program Manager for Movia’s BRT program, you will manage the first project within BRT. You will have a central role in the strategic project and represent Movia in the project organization for the preparation of the decision basis and the environmental impact assessment (EIA). Together with the state, the municipalities along line 400S from Ishøj to Gladsaxe must prepare a decision basis and an EIA, which the Danish Road Directorate, with assistance from Movia, will carry out. This project starts in the autumn of 2022 and concerns the BRT facility on Ring 4. There will be other projects running in parallel within the BRT program; among other things, a similar decision basis and EIA are expected to be carried out for line 200S, and a preliminary study of BRT or light rail on Frederikssundsvej is also being planned. As BRT Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to help shape a groundbreaking project in the development of public transport in the greater Copenhagen area. You will work together with many committed colleagues and will have the freedom to manage your day-to-day tasks and plan your work. In addition, you will have a strong network of skilled colleagues to spar with.

Requirements

You are expected to have at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, for example as a project manager. In addition, the candidate must, as a minimum, have:

• In-depth experience with environmental impact assessments
• Solid experience with project and program management
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and administration
• Experience with major infrastructure projects within the transport sector, for example from a consultancy, contracting company, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience with environmental work from a consultancy or authority
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• The ability to communicate confidently and persuasively, both in writing and verbally

It is an advantage, but not a requirement:

• Experience with EIA studies
• Knowledge and experience with PRINCE2
